Government Spending
Government spending and budget deficits have surged at a pace not seen since World War II and the bloat of government is bigger than ever. We must force the federal government to live within its means!
Taxpayer money that should have been spent to create new jobs has instead been used to create a bigger government bureaucracy. We must put an end to reckless spending and reject the big government approach of President Obama.
Ronald Reagan said that a government program is the closest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth. His words still ring true today. The key test should whether a program is cost-effective, not whether it has the political support of a Washington politician.
Ending generational theft is a must. Our government is stealing from future generations with reckless tax-and-spend policies that create debt and rob our children of future opportunity.
As your next Congressman, I will fight to reduce the deficit, to adopt a true balanced budget and to end the massive bailouts and sweeping Washington takeovers that have failed to produce one new net job in three years!
We need less government, not more and we need to rebuild our economy by restoring its foundation of private – not government – investment.
